*If picked up by noon there is no extra charge, otherwise its a 1/2 day of daycare charge when picked up between 12-7pm.

*Cancelation fee of $45 if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of their stay.

* If you pay with credit/debit card there will be a service charge of $5.

* Stays 14 nights and longer will receive a 10% discount on the entire stay

* Those who stay 7+ nights receive a complimentary exit bath
